Operations Analyst

Summary of the role:
• Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities Making outbound calls to financial institutions and updating internal systems• This is a call center environment
• 80% of functions will include candidates conducting outbound calls; responsible for the timely and accurate follow up of client transfers from other financial institutions into Client Wealth.
• 20% of functions will include data entry functions, i.e. updating in house systems and working closely on ISM, Kofax (Imaging system) and in house Case Management software.
• How much time is being spent in meetings – daily 15 min huddle
• Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – External
• Will the contractor have access to any customer data? YES!!!!
Must-have hard skills:
• Operations experience:o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are updating tickets and carrying out data entry duties.
o Professional and interpersonal skills – for making phone calls (phone experience is a strong must have skill required for the role).
o Attention to detail
o Multi-tasking skills
o High Technical Aptitude
• Strong Excel – need good understanding of using excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros, need to have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training)
Nice-To-Have:
• Call center experience• Previous Client wealth experience
• Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
• Banking experience
• Bilingual – French and English
• Experience with macros are a huge plus
