• Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: Bilingual is must, banking/financial background is required (2 years at least), mortgage background elevates a candidate’s profile, previous experience working with documentation, reviewing statements, tech savvy (candidate should be able to operate different systems (, lots of multitasking is involves and it is a high risk environment so someone who has high attention to detail and accuracy.
Summary of the role:
• Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Discharge and mortgage department, four different stations, starting with statements, issuing documents, reviewing statements.• How much time is being spent in meetings: 15 min a day

• Will the contractor have access to any customer data? YES!
• Provide a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function.
• May contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality.
Must Have Hard Skills:
• Bilingual in English and French- both written and verbal• 2-4 years’ experience in banking/financial
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Knowledge of Global and WSS platforms would be an asset
Education/Experience:
• 0-2 years experience in a Trade Processing related role, preferably experience with cash products (such as Loans, Deposits, Swaps, and Forwards)
