Summary of day to day responsibilities:

• Strong problem solving , delivery mind set
• Contributing to Continuous Improvements (CI)
• Own and drive mobilization and/or operationalization of solutions developed and/or piloted by the Agile CoE across ITS Platform, driving the output from the CI team to tangible outcomes
• Work on CI backlog items, solutioning for process irritants across the Platform for efficient delivery
• Work collaboratively with disparate group of fellow practitioners, leaders, stakeholders, and partners to identify opportunities for process improvements for better delivery
• Review existing processes in place, to identify where waste lies and recommend opportunities for leaning the processes
• Augmenting Delivery Execution and Operation Sustainment
• Function as the Product Group Coach for one or more PGs in a Product Family, coaching at the PG level and with focus on:
o Jira guidance and data hygiene
o Improvements and actions retrospectives
o ITSP Playbook reinforcement
• Coach the Scrum master’s and RTEs so they can also contribute to coaching the PGs and Pods (i.e., “training the trainers”)
• Parachute herself/himself into situational needs of the PGs and Pods to provide SME consultation on the processes, tools so that the teams can execute delivery smoothly, including but not limited to:
o Educating on new processes
o Tactically and strategically solving Pod irritants, addressing unique use cases etc.
o Data/Metrics-driven conversations
• Helps the Pods adopt available metrics/dashboards for tracking progress and improving performance
• Follow the coaching plans and drive regular updates to the plans
• Skills & Knowledge Required
• Problem-solving, ability to quickly think on her/his feet and connect the dots
• Delivery-oriented mindset with a pragmatic Agilist mindset
• Ability to align priorities, processes and outcomes
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks/methodologies
• Understanding of value streams and Agile Release Trains
• Communicating with impact, listening without prejudice, and persevering to influence without authority
• Building strong relationships, inspiring trust at the top level, with a disparate group of stakeholders
• Making firm decisions, speaking up, when necessary and put her/his hand up/raising to occasion
• Taking on challenging situations and resolving conflicts to drive positive outcomes
• Working with conflicting priorities, multi-tasking to ensure work gets done at the right time
• Willingness to fail and try again, learn from experience and admitting, when proven wrong
• Leading by example, collaborating as a team player, and empowering colleagues
