Job Description:

Client, one of Canada’s leading professional services firms, provides audit, tax, enterprise risk, consulting, and financial advisory services through more than 8,000 people in 50 offices. Our professional services are diverse — from forensic accounting, control assurance, security services, risk management, strategy consulting and enterprise applications, including Oracle, SAP, Cognos, technology services to indirect tax, accounting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and personal tax and financial planning. But they all have one thing in common: helping our clients excel.

As a support staff on core services team supporting core services team, you will:

• Meet the various internal needs of the firm for case management software and core services function supporting immigration
• Organize, scan, review and upload documents on shared network and case management software
• Manage case load to ensure all assigned tasks are completed with in SLA
• Process billing and invoices
• Review a variety of documents, maintain up-to date information in case management software

Requirements

• College Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
• Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
• Fluent in French and English
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
• Discrete, available, autonomous and self-starter
