Story Behind the Need:

• The GWRT Group is searching for an Business Analyst who will be providing support to two Senior VP’s This includes 2(two) VP calendar management, expense processing, presentation deck creation, portfolio reporting and ad-hoc demand management. The incumbent will also be responsible for building, fostering trusted working relationships among technology and business stakeholders using effective Business Analysis, and Relationship Management across both portfolios and relevant groups within Global Wholesale & Risk Technology (GWRT) and Information Technology & Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
• Supervise general office duties such maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, etc.
• Support VP for ad-hoc requests, calendar management, and executive support
• Providing reports and statistical information to management as required and in a timely manner
• Support the development, monitoring and statistical analysis of KPI’s
• Collaborate with technology owners within GWRT for report consolidation, analysis of business
• Processes and to propose improvements
• Support the design and documentation of Dashboards and reports on a regular recurring or and ad-hoc basis
• Providing support to Leaders within GWRT as required and working with management to understand weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance

• Fostering and developing a strong, positive team environment, driving employee empowerment, innovation and a high degree of engagement
• Building effective working relationships across the team and with various business line, internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining a high level of client service
• Facilitating a culture of open and honest communication sessions, touch-base and team meetings
• Providing reports and statistical information to management as required and in a timely manner

Must Have Skills:

• 0-2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint (preparing materials), Excel, Office 365 (managing calendars)
• Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills – ability to create pivot tables and assist with reporting as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high ability to multi-task
• Excellent organization skills – able to ensure VP’s schedules are updated daily

Nice to have:

• Previous calendar experience
• PowerBi and/or Tableau experience
• Previous FI experience is a plus
• Interest in technology and career development in technical field is a plus
