Objectives of this Role:

• Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and escalation for corrective actions
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting tools
• Provide statistical analysis and trending on QA findings
• Produce data visualization outputs for ease of consumption of QA findings to management

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing auditing and quality assurance inspections of activity/incident tickets for the IRC
• Perform quality assurance tasks for PSAS as required
• Gather, analyze, and present QA data in a meaningful way to G4S Coordinator/Client Management for follow up action with team
• Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
• Monitor and escalate any reoccurring performance issues to management
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates to the Continuous Improvement Log
• Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on IRC/OSO statistics as required
• GSI team

Must have:

• Post-secondary education
• Excellent computer competence, including database management, excel, statistical analysis and data visualization
• Analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of Security Incident Management Software
• Natural curiosity and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

• Bilingual (English/French)
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools (i.e. Excel/Tableau)
• Strong understanding of Incident Management Software and Database management

Degree/Certifications Required:

• Undergraduate Degree
