Story behind the need:

• Project: On going need for Compliance and Transformation Program that has already started. BSA will be developing a learning tool to capture external data for compliance officers. BSA will be instrumental in providing BA support with systems analysis. BSA will be working closely with Information Technology solutions team and data analytics team.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 5-8 Years Min as a BSA in the Financial Industry within an Agile Environment. Must be able to understand systems.
• 5-8 Years – Hands on Experience with Developing Data Flows – must be able to document data flows, process flows.
• 5-8 Years’ Experience with Data Reporting – able to understand how the data is going to flow
• 5-8 Years Data Documentation Experience – Documenting the sources of the data, where the data sources are coming from.
• Excellent Communication Skills – both written and verbal
