Job Description:

• As part of Client Reporting team, the Client Reporting Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the build out of issues management protocol including creating robust tracking, monitoring and reporting framework and the investigation and resolution of issues, The incumbent will also represent Operations on client reporting projects and initiatives and support monthly client reporting activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to building a robust issues management protocol and defining tracking and reporting mechanism for the issues identified
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation to consolidate issues across production, client and partner complaints, data validation findings and testing/ implementation
• Work with Data Validation team to research and investigate outliers/ process issues and contribute to the development of recommended solutions to improve data quality/ business process
• Provide accurate and thorough analysis of the issues and root cause and build repository of processes and documentation to support transition of knowledge across the team
• Participate and as required lead issue resolution with business and control partners, document key discussion points/ findings and track progress until resolution closely monitoring for any delays/ roadblocks/ change in direction
• Lead build out of dashboard reporting functionality to present key metrics around issues management and client reporting forum
• Support the advisors and portfolio managers by facilitating response to client inquiries and ensuring effective and clear communications
• Maintain tracking, reporting and trend analysis for client reporting and performance inquiries
• Support the analysis of daily Croesus corrections to ensure robust analysis of root cause and business processes are amended as needed
• Support the monthly statement quality verification activities for rate of return and statement accuracy
• Support the evaluation of client reporting activity for home of best fit and development of appropriate transition plans in participation with all stakeholders
• Support the work effort to design the future state of client reporting and defining the building blocks of a client reporting journey

Other Qualifications/Skills/ Experience:

• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience with large scale change initiatives and ability to manage competing priorities and challenging timelines
• Self-starter and continuous improvement mindset – needs minimal direction on how to get things done and is driven by a continuous improvement mindset
• Confident leadership skills – able to manage through ambiguity and changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills – able to present complex issues/concepts in simple and clear language and able to cater messaging to senior audiences
• Ability to tailor communications (e.g., content, style and medium) to diverse audiences
• Solution oriented – able to develop options, with a focus on resolving issues
• Ability to translates data-based evidence into actionable knowledge to inform decision making
