Summary of day to day responsibilities:

• The Account Services Associate reports to the Account Management Team Lead and works with the extended Account Management team within Agency361, client’s Creative Center of Excellence supporting all client content creation.
• Agency 361 is client’s newly launched internal Content Creation Agency, we are a growing team of talented Art Directors, Production Designers, Copywriters, Editors, Producers, Account Managers and Strategists who are enabling client’s vision of producing relevant, brand building, content at scale.
• We work directly with the lines of business within Marketing, across the client Enterprise and in collaboration with our external Agency network to concept and execute content published in all formats across paid, owned and earned channels.
• The Account Services Associate serves as a direct point of contact for our client Marketing Colleagues.
• They support the Account Managers, and collaborates with Art Directors, Production Artists and Copywriters, to help deliver relevant, breakthrough marketing content that is on brand and on brief.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure creative briefs are completed and aligned to brand, providing all required information the internal agency needs to deliver on requests efficiently
• Provides counsel to marketing partners for simple to moderate complexity content projects
• Helps to presents concepts to business partners and addresses questions from marketing partners
• Help to gather and organize feedback from marketing partners for the creative team
• Help to prepare workback schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
• Liaise with outside agencies in managing timelines, production specs and media trafficking
• Addresses questions from marketing partners and providing feedback to the creative team
• Works within established budgets and ensures all deadlines are met
• Build and leverage understanding of graphic design, creative, media channels and production to facilitate effective communication between line of business partners and internal agency teams
• Leverages knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between partner and internal agency teams
• Represent the interests of the line of business in interactions with internal agency teams and strive to understand product features and benefits, product line strategy and business strategy, and deliver content that drives these strategic objectives forward
• Helps to facilitate feedback and approvals so that all Regulatory, Legal and Compliance and Brand guidelines are followed
• Strive to educate yourself and continuously stay abreast of current business trends

Skills and Knowledge required

• Experience with tactics in digital, print, direct marketing campaigns, online, promotions and experiential an asset
• Knowledge of project/program management, planning, and implementation an asset
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
• Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
