Background:

• Experience in communication space, writing employee specific communications, speaking notes, voice of the customer, all hands calls, some exposure to technology is preferred, Financial industry experience is helpful, large corporations

Summary of day to day responsibilities:

• The Technology Communications Specialists are teamed up with a Communications Manager to create content and deliver on the Communications and Colleague Engagement roadmap and annual plan. Items all Specialists own from end-to-end with minimal support from the Communications Manager and Business Lead, ensuring deadlines are met accordingly, include:
• Provide professional communications support, including writing and delivery of emails, invitations, speaker notes, intranet content, and other communications.
• Creation of PowerPoint decks as delegated by leads
• Intranet and Microsoft Teams group ownership and maintenance
• WebEx / Event logistics ownership in partnership with Center of Excellence
• Completion on job in-take forms and creative briefs
• Editing review support of all major deliverables. Reviewing items from Communications Lead as second set of fresh eyes.
• Colleague Engagement and other segment-specific deliverables as applicable

Must have:

• MS Office (PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Communication Planning and Strategy
• Change management project exp

Nice to have:

• Financial Industry
• Previous client experience
