Job Description:

• Client, one of Canada’s leading professional services firms, provides audit, tax, enterprise risk, consulting, and financial advisory services through more than 8,000 people in 50 offices. Their professional services are diverse — from forensic accounting, control assurance, security services, risk management, strategy consulting and enterprise applications, including Oracle, SAP, Cognos, technology services to indirect tax, accounting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and personal tax and financial planning. But they all have one thing in common: helping their clients excel.

Key Responsibilities/Job Functions:

• Work on a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions
• Supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements
• Author presentations and present findings to clients
• Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting


• Undergraduate degree
• Graduate degree or professional designation an asset
• 2 – 5 years of crisis management work experience
• Pandemic planning experience is an asset
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions for clients
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively with other in teams
• Ability to communicate, interact, and cooperate with clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

Other Relevant Information:

• Crisis Management / Pandemic planning subject matter expert and team member. Involved in facilitating planning workshops, plan development support, etc.
