Summary of day to day responsibilities:

• Employee Enablement has an annual budget of $200MM+, making it one of the bigger portfolios within ITS. The unit has many roadmap items and needs to be monitored closely so that we are able to keep track of our performance. the individual is required to work very closely with EE Team Lead. Activities range from month-end, plan and forecast deck templates (preparing shell so EE team lead only has to add commentary.) As well as any necessary accruals monthly for the EE business unit.
• Employee Enablement buys all the peripherals (mice, keyboards etc.) on behalf of the entire bank and ships to employees as required. Activities include preparing monthly web adi to faciliate chargeback to end user cost centres for peripherals they ordered. Monthly web adi’s are also produced for the GTA ERE program to generate recoveries for EE.
• ITS Contractor Accrual is done each month as a PCA to reflect the accurate amount of contractor expense as the Fieldglass system cut off does not align to the business days worked. Activities include determining the proper amount of stub days that need to be accrued, performing the calculation and preparing the pca.
• Monthly ITS CTB project accruals. Activities include gathering data from Project Mangers, validating backup, identifying paid invoices and accruing for unpaid invoices.
• Monthly depreciation report is produced for all of ITS to show new purchases made each month that were put onto fixed asset balance sheet as well as the run out of depreciation currently on books to assist with plan/forecast. Activities include working with FA team to receive monthly reports for ITS purchases and creating pivot tables, reports for ITS FA’s to use.

Must have:

• Highly skilled in planning and analytics
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work with and distill large amounts of data into meaningful information with minimal mgmt supervision
• Be capable of thriving in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
• Expertise in accounting guidelines and rules
• University degree with or working towards a CPA accounting designation
• Experience using financial and related systems )ex. Hyperion Smartview, MS Office, OBI)

Degree/Certifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
• Accounting designation preferred
