Story Behind the Need

• Business Group: Strategy & Delivery Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist with multiple projects that involve the enhancement and upgrade of an HR System. One of the projects has just kicked off while the other is currently in mid phase.

Typical Day in Role:

• Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
• Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

Must Have Skills/Requirements:

• 5+ years of end to end project management experience
• Mange multiple projects (projects various sizes) at a time – 4+ years of hands on experience
• Experience working with HR Technology (SAP suite of products (Workforce, Payroll etc.) – 2+ years of hands on experience
• Experience managing 10+ team members – 2+ years of experience
• Reporting (Report status, issues concerns, escalating them if necessary, bi-weekly updates to internal HR project management team) – 2+ years of experience

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Present to Senior Management**

Nice to Have

• PMP or PMI (highly preferred)
• FI/Banking
