SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Learning Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Senior Managers Learning Solutions Architecture and other program leads to support in developing learning plans tied to Technology Solutions, working across the CoEs to develop proposals tied to talent programs and tactics and building executive-level presentations to support the overall program.
• Partner with Sr Manager, to develop strategic program recommendations for Technology Solutions across the CoE’s
• Develop analysis on learning trends impacting Technology and identify best practices in market that could be adapted into overall transformation program strategy
• Perform research (both internal and external) to supplement and inform analysis and recommendations
• Partner with Sr. Manager to build executive recommendations and updates on program developments
• Support programs and Technology portfolio though regular reporting
• Create executive updates, working across the team, to consolidate and present progress updates for senior stakeholders
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the LSA team
• Produce virtual real-time training sessions for Technology
• Support the project team in brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions to convert ideation to action

Must Have:
• Undergraduate degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, Talent or Consulting
• Knowledge of current and emerging market trends, strong research skills to identify emerging practices
• Exp with producing training, coordinating as a host
• Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
• Exp with presentation materials

Other Qualifications
• Ability to absorb, synthesize and analyze significant amounts of information / research
• Enjoy working on complex issues and generating business-oriented creative solutions
• Have proven planning and project management skills, with an ability to provide oversight and coordination of multiple projects/changing priorities, concurrently under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders including executives, program support, external partners and vendors
• Ability to work and operate in a face-paced environment
• Ability to continually assess and prioritize workflow based on the needs of the project
• Ability to tolerate some ambiguity and lend structure the work to move it forward

Education:
• University degree preferably in a business discipline, MBA an asset.
