Job Description:

• Reporting to Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS) Program Director, the ITS Learning Manager role is responsible for the end to end delivery of learning programs ranging in size, scope and complexity focused primarily on the ITS project delivery governance. The role requires an experienced professional with coordination and prioritization skills, proven communication, presentation and facilitation skills, stakeholder management skills, and adult learner experience. The role interfaces with cross-functional members of Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS) teams and other corporate segments areas such as Enterprise Project Delivery Excellence (EPDE) and Finance-Business Management Group (BMG).

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with ITS Resource Lead to plan, develop, refine the overall training programs

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development and Maintenance
• Classroom and Specialized Training
• Training Design, Documentation and Management
• Training Program Reporting
• Accountable to identify and manage tasks, deliverables, resources, timelines and critical success factors and consult with appropriate ITS partners to coordinate all impacted parties
• Accountable to deliver the training programs to the project management community of stakeholders
• Track resources and work effort and provide regular updates/reporting to the ITS -Resource Lead, Program Director and ITS Leadership team
• Remain current on new developments in the Bank’s project management governance as designed by EPDE (i.e. Smart Funding) and organizational changes impacting ITS delivery teams
• Collaborate with ITS Practice Lead and ITS Change Ambassador to deliver any training needs resulting from Smart Funding program changes as communicated by Enterprise
• Project Delivery Excellence (EPDE)
• Conduct post training reviews and provide recommendations to elevate the learner’s experience and knowledge retention
• Collaborate with the broader ITS PDG team to analyze the effectiveness of the training programs
• In collaboration with the ITS Resource Manager, contribute to the process of conducting ITS needs assessments, identifying scope and making recommendations on appropriate learning solutions
• In collaboration with the ITS Resource Manager, enhance the new employee orientation/onboarding program
• Deliver against program schedule/timelines that will continuously enhance the knowledge of and expertise in project management governance amongst ITS’ project delivery teams
• Actively participate as a member of the ITS PDG team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Support and enhance the Brand by maintaining high personal and professional standards for all activities, publications and deliverables

Must Have:

• 5+ yrs exp. as a Learning Consultant or Training Lead
• Exp. developing & strategizing training delivery (what scope to capture based on state)
• Project/Program mgt. exp. (manage curriculum steams & execute on deliverables)
• I.T. background (Understand Infrastructure Technology Solutions roles,functions,systems, procedures & structure)
• Expertise in training platforms & web conferencing systems (Adobe Connect or WebEx)
• Advanced MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Skillful presentation/communication skills that adapts to a diverse audience
• Post-secondary degree in adult education or Instructional Design, or an equivalent

Nice To Have:

• Exp. with Clarity software ( as they will need to learn and train it)
• 5+ years of exp. in a project manager role
• Project management certification (PMP)
• ProSCI certification
• Finance industry exp.
