Job Description:

• Reporting to the Digital Services Manager, the Publishing Analyst will be responsible for managing the successful and rapid delivery of the day-to-day changes of client web properties with a focus on the client Canada Trust, client Corporation, and client Wealth domains. The Publishing Analyst will manage publishing activities of small to medium size tasks and projects estimated at $100K or less and involving several business units.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the rapid delivery of projects to website properties, including: business as usual content changes, marketing campaigns, corporate Initiatives, regulatory changes, rate changes, Digital Channels projects, and more);
• Assess client requests by understanding the business requirements, impact to clients and customers, and alignment to an integrated online experience;
• Document and coordinate all project activities, including: requirements, change order requests, intake, tracking, project status reporting, and communication;
• Coordinate deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, Business/Marketing partners, and Support teams to ensure successful delivery of projects;
• Align work activities to support priorities as defined by requestors, ensure deliverables meet quality objectives (on time, on budget, delivered to meet business needs), communicates project status and provide timely escalation of issues;
• Participate in planning to ensure ongoing support of activities are understood, supported and aligned from a budgeting and resource/skills perspective;
• Manage relationships with key partners: Marketing, Product Groups, Digital Channel partners, Change Management, Incident Management, and external partners;
• Represent Content Publishing team as a subject matter expert;
• Coordinate activities as they relate to business requests to ensure impact, consistency and messaging are aligned;
• Provide a professional, consistent and positive client experience;
• Help to optimize content management and website administrative services;
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, across various levels within the Bank;
• Promote knowledge sharing and a consistent approach to delivery through the team;

Must Have:

• Experience working in an online/digital environment – 4+ yrs
• Familiar with a variety of both project management and analysis techniques and tools – 4+ yrs
• Knowledge of unique issues & trends related to the delivery of browser-&-mobile-based applications, quality assurance, web page design, usability, & accessibility – 4+ yrs
• Excellent communication skills (to communicate with Sr. Mgt. & Business partners)
• Undergraduate degree
• Able to occasionally work after-hours (evenings and weekends) to deliver projects

Nice To Have:

• Training/exp. with one enterprise-level content mgt. systems (CMS) (i.e. SDL Tridion) -3+ years
• Exp. with building & maintaining corporate or public-facing websites (web content mgt.) -3+ years
• Familiar with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript – 3+ years
• Knowledge of PMLC & SDLC methodologies & practices. – 2+ years
• Knowledge in: Accessibility for people with disabilities (PWD), interactive marketing strategies/technologies/practices, search engine marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), web content management (WCM), web analytics, social media, mobile technology, web programming techniques, graphical design and multimedia techniques – 3+ years
• Familiarity with French and/or Chinese languages
• Post graduate degree
