Summary of Day to Day Responsibilities:

• As required, the Sr. Portfolio Administrators call upon the assistance of each other and other members of the Business Services team to satisfy their responsibilities
• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, ad hoc and customized reports for both client AM and client AM USA funds and accounts. Sign off on same
• Investigation and support functions relevant to portfolio administration
• Month/Annual income and capital distribution process – managing communications
• Support the client ETF’s , including the approval of creations/redemptions, supporting the approval of the daily baskets, supporting the Monthly/Quarterly income distributions and DRIPS and monthly stats presentation prepared for Executive team
• Manage Fund Flow sign-off for PM team
• Oversight and administration of Class Actions. Submission of appropriate data for participation
• Provide support and backup as required across the Business Services team
• Risk mitigation and prompt completion of error reports, escalating issues and errors that could impact the business.
• Daily cash forecasting for money market traders
• Provision of daily reports to the PM team
• Liaise with service providers for investigation into discrepancies
• Prompt and thorough resolution of all client and process issues
• Participation in procedure documentation
• Participate in Audits (Financial Statements, CSAE, Internal etc.) as required
• Prioritize and manage own workflow to ensure quality and efficiency (i.e. meet deadlines; be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities).
• Work efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met.
• Be an effective team player and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities
• Participate fully as a member of the team; contribute to a positive work environment, client Pulse results /action plan
• Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and assist colleagues with same
• Represent team and provide status updates to outside groups.
• Coordinate support and back up as required across Business Services teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and also within a team environment
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who demonstrated the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Highly organized with strong focus on quality of deliverables

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a transparent and concise manner as well possess critical listening skills
• Understanding of portfolio and mutual fund accounting
• Strong analytical, logical and organization skills
• Advanced computer skills excel
• Commitment to change and ongoing development
• Understanding of various security and transaction types, including but not limited to: fixed income, derivatives products, equity (domestic & global), currencies, corporate actions

• 4+ years of portfolio administration
