Summary of day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end program to consolidate and modernize finance regulatory reporting
• Assist in reviewing the current state analysis regarding data, process, system, control and governance.
• Assist in developing new processes for certain regulatory reporting
• Assist in implementing best in class regulatory reporting practices to bank in order to standardize, rationalize and automate where appropriate
• Assist in designing and maintaining efficient and effective operation processes and controls to manage changes in regulatory reporting requirements
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer of current ongoing regulatory reporting activities
• Work effectively with internal Bank stakeholder groups – Segment Finance, TBSM, Technology, Risk and legal teams

Must have:

• Program Management experience
• Data & Technology experience
• Executive communication skills
• Regulatory capital requirements and reporting, operations, data, system, process, and control experience with at least 5 years of financial & regulatory reporting experience in financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of technology, system interdependencies & integration, workflow, and how it impacts the job
• Strong relationship management within and across multiple businesses
• Control and process target operating model experience
• System implementation experience
• Data management experience
• MS Office Suite
