Summary of day to day responsibilities:

• Project delivery lead accountable for all the Collateral initiatives at client.
• Responsible for end to end delivery and all project management duties and artifacts, business analysis/requirements gathering and traceability, test strategy and test phases, and stakeholder management.
• Working with multiple stakeholders teams.
• Responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting
• Responsible for Vendor Mgmt.

Best Vs Average Candidate:

• Ideal Candidate would have Collateral Mgmt system experience within capital markets. Repo’s experience- onboarding repo into collateral mgmt
• Ops settlement process experience
• Delivery Lead- SME in this field and can handle the wider Project mgmt
• In charge of test strategies – end to end testing
• Vendor mgmt component (need to have experience in this)- SOW and contract renewals

Must Haves:

• Experience with capital markets, collateral management, settlements
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, end to end delivery experience.
• Experience overseeing end to end test strategy/execution across multiple groups and systems.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience maintaining and overseeing budget, forecasting, resource management, and program artifacts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Able to summarize and articulate complex topics
• Vendor Mgmt Experience

Nice To Have:

• OTC derivatives knowledge/experience
