• 4-5 years of experience managing and coordinating with large teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Some experience working with vendors
• Understanding of server administration including (Unix/Wintel), Networks and VMware
• Understanding of enterprise database environments such as Oracle and SQL
• Experience with I.T. services and operations in a mixed managed environment, including both in-house managed services and outsourced and managed services environments
• Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in core competencies including leadership, people management, strategic, teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, judgement and decision making
