Job description:

Reporting to the Manager of Events and Senior Manager of Delivery, the Resourcing Analyst provides resource planning, modelling, scheduling and related reporting to support the delivery and performance support requirements for the Executive and Leadership Development team, including involvement in management of service level agreements and augmented workforce monitoring as well as leading the development, introduction, standardization and ongoing maintenance of common scheduling tools, practices and processes.


• Development, of scheduling practices and processes to support an enterprise function of internal, external and Leaders as Teacher’s faculty
• Standardization and ongoing management of all resourcing and scheduling
• Monitoring and maintenance of agreed resourcing service level agreements for intakes including escalation and communication practices
• Tracking and maintenance, and main contact for day to day augmented workforce firms in Canada and the US to flex staffing to support changes in business needs outside of plan
• Creation and communication of scheduling and resourcing options/modelling to support changing business requirements and acquisition planning
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation of Operational program budgets (Event support & Delivery)
• Utilization forecasting and analysis, and partnership with leaders on related action planning/follow up
• Partners with data owners in business and HR to bring together relevant data, provide analysis and create insights that enable regular resourcing updates to the leadership team that allows for proactive resource planning and talent development
• Produce quarterly business review reporting for the Executive and Leadership Development leadership team.

Must have:

• 1-2+ yrs exp. as a Resource Analyst
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, v looks ups, formulas)
• Exp. creating tools & processes to manage complex data
• Advanced MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote & similar tools
• Able to leverage insights & opportunities from data & metrics to provide insights & recommendations

Nice to have:

• Strong with Macros in Excel
