• Excellent communication
• At least must have completed 3 – 5 Agile projects
• Strong background in Digital and Retail banking
• Strong leadership skill
• Facilitate daily stand up or other scrum events
• Coaching teams in self-organization
• Help to remove impediments
• Help build well structured agile practice
• Keeping stakeholders up to date on the progress
