Background :

• Work experience in banking is a plus but not required
• Self starter

Must Have:

• 3 years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager or Scrum Master.
• 3 years of experience with Agile Management tools.
• 3 years of Agile experience.
• 3 years of experience coaching multiple Agile teams.

Interview Process:
