Story Behind the Need

• Business Group: TAMLO-Application Development is seeking a Senior Java Developer to support enterprise API development and develop the application for the KYC Onboarding Program. The program involves creating an application from scratch for the KYC onboarding process for AML and is currently in the initial phases, but as it is multilayered it is expected to go on for a long-term period.

Candidate Value Proposition

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be extended for numerous 3-month contracts along with getting many opportunities to learn and strengthen their experience within the industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• Java Development (up to date versions) – 5+ years of experience
• Restful API (building, integrating, etc.) – 5+ years of hands on experience
• Enterprise Platform (building APIs for banking enterprise platforms or similar types of projects)– 5+ years of hands on experience
• Integration with front-end systems – 5+ years of hands on experience
• Agile experience – 5+ years of experience

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Nice to Have

• FI/Banking
• AML experience
• Certifications


• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
