Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for a variety of support related tasks for multiple applications which will include:
o L1 support and incident management
o Business administration tasks such as parameter change, reference data update, and access provisioning
o Automation script execution
o Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
o Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must. Experience with Selenium web driver, SAS EG, and SQL is preferred.
o Good oral and written communication skills is essential
