The main function of a Technical Analyst is to plan, design, develop and implement efficient business and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.

Reason for request:

Build the workflow in SailPoint/ServiceNow to provision and deprovision access. Requires expert SailPoint IIQ product and related development knowledge which is a niche skillset difficult to find outside of US/Canada

Job Responsibilities:

• Remediating elevated user access on workstations using Local Administrator Password Solutions (LAPS), Active Directory, PowerShell, PEDM and other tools.
• Creating and proving analytics/reporting on current status on elevated user access on workstations.
• Regularly working with representatives from across the organization to understand their requirements and use-cases for elevated access and propose alternate approaches.
• Contribute to design of solutions and future state processes to resolve elevated user access on workstations.
• Contribute to current and future state process workflow.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development of custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.
• Research on existing product to ensure we leverage out of the box solutions.
• Continually acquire and enhance knowledge related to workstation governance.
• Address ad-hoc inquires and provide quick resolution.

Qualifications/Must Have skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience managing/administering Identity and Directory Systems, including Active Directory
• Strong technical understanding of how access rights are granted to Windows resources such as computers, drives, and file shares
• Strong data analytics skills – excel, access, power BI, basic scripting, pivot tables

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent worker, someone that takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged.

Nice to have:

• Technical designation is considered an asset (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, CISSP)
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ products
• PowerShell scripting background
• VB/SQL scripting background
• Privilege elevation and delegation management (PEDM) tools (CyberArk) experience
